RC Services is a loan consultancy that helps customers understand and explore loan options offered by third-party banks and NBFCs. RC Services is not a bank, NBFC, or lender, and does not itself disburse loans.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an enquiry or completing our eligibility checker does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, loan amount, or disbursal. All final decisions rest solely with the respective lender, subject to their verification and internal policies.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry. RC Services is not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
4. No Fees for Enquiry
There is no fee charged by RC Services for submitting an enquiry or having your profile reviewed. Any fees charged by a lender (such as processing fees) are disclosed by that lender directly.
5. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this website, including submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
RC Services acts as a facilitator between customers and lenders. We are not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, terms, or conduct, or from delays in loan processing or disbursal.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
